A manga (Japanese comic) cover of an over-the-top idea I wanted to bring to fruition. The concept is about a guy who is vastly under dressed, who streaks through the night stopping crime either by stunning them with inappropriate views or with his extreme swordsman skills. Fully illustrated in Photoshop.
